Study Trip: Act Belong Commit – the third ‘best practice’ in JA PRISM.

In early November, we hosted the WP7 study trip and officially launched the work on the third best practice in JA PRISM: Act Belong Commit (ABC).
We were fortunate to have strong representation from the Australian practice owners at Curtin University, who provided an insightful introduction to the many components of the initiative — and how it can be adapted and modelled to fit diverse local contexts across Europe.
Day two offered both knowledge sharing and movement: an energising workshop with an instructor joining us via videolink from Australia, getting participants out of their chairs and into a good stretch. A great reminder that small actions can improve mental health and wellbeing.
A special thank you to Ledia Lazëri Lazeri from World Health Organization, who was so kind to host the second day at UN City in Copenhagen and to University of Copenhagen for sharing their approach.
Thank you to all participants for your engagement, curiosity and positive energy. We’re excited for the next steps — together, we’re well on our way to strengthening mental wellbeing across Europe.
The event was organised by the The Research Department at Zealand University Hospital.
