JA PRISM to hold its 1st General Assembly in Rome
On 22–23 September 2026, partners from across Europe will come together in Rome, Italy, for the 1st General Assembly of JA PRISM, hosted by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità (ISS). The two-day meeting will bring the consortium together to take stock of the project’s first year and look ahead to the next phase.

A moment to reflect, align and look ahead
A General Assembly is an important milestone in a European collaborative project. It brings all project partners together to review progress, share experiences and challenges, and ensure that everyone is aligned on the project’s objectives and next steps. It also provides an opportunity to strengthen collaboration, gather input from external experts and stakeholders, and agree on strategic priorities for the coming period.
Two days of collaboration and exchange
The programme includes contributions from DG SANTE and HaDEA, a keynote speech, discussions on synergies between Joint Actions and Action Grants, and a roundtable with members of the JA PRISM Advisory Board, including representatives from WHO, OECD, UNICEF, ENUSP, the Trimbos Institute and GAMIAN. Day one will conclude with parallel sessions for each practice together with participants from the implementation sites.
Day two will focus on the work carried out across JA PRISM’s seven Work Packages. Partners will share updates on coordination, communication and dissemination, evaluation and sustainability, as well as the transfer of the BIZI, Circle of Friends and Act, Belong, Commit best and promising practices. The meeting will conclude with a discussion of next steps for the project.
We look forward to bringing the JA PRISM community together in Rome for two days of knowledge sharing, discussion and collaboration — and to building on the progress made during the project’s first year.
